However, please be aware that despite the effort we put in to meet all delivery deadlines, shipping delays may still sometimes occur due to events outside of our control. However, we will keep you updated as much as possible, and you should will be able to track your parcels progress.

We are unable to provide shipping costs here as the final shipping total is based on an items weight, size and cost. So please visit the checkout page once you have added all the items you wish to purchase for an accurate quote.

Processing time

Our standard processing time is up to 5 working days. However, pre-ordered items and made-to-order items will have a longer processing time, please check an items description for an accurate time.

Please note that this processing time may be subject to change during peak seasons or due to other exceptional circumstances, however we will always do our best to get your order out within the advised time.

Shipping methods and delivery

UK orders are shipped using the Royal Mail tracked 48 service, ensuring secure and trackable delivery within the United Kingdom. International orders are shipped using the Royal Mail International Tracked service, providing trackable delivery for orders delivered to outside of the UK.

After being dispatched, UK orders are expected to arrive within 2 working days. However, International orders may take up to 10 working days to arrive once they have been dispatched. Please keep in mind that international items may take longer depending on how quickly they are processed through the customs department, and delivery times vary by location.

PLEASE NOTE:  Customs fees or taxes charged for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer to pay. We are not responsible for any of these charges. Additionally, we cannot provide advice on the exact amount of customs charges, and if the buyer has any queries regarding customs fees, they should contact their local customs department for more information.

Shipping delays

While we make every effort to provide timely deliveries, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control. These factors can include adverse weather conditions, customs clearance processes, or issues with the shipping carrier. It's important to note that a delayed parcel does not entitle the customer to a refund.

In the event of a shipping delay, we try our best to promptly notify the customer and provide updates on the status of their order. We are committed to resolving any issues related to shipping delays in a timely manner.

Missing or lost packages 

If you do not receive your order, we encourage you to contact us promptly so that we can file a claim with Royal Mail on your behalf. Once Royal Mail confirms that the parcel is missing and agrees to reimburse the cost, we can proceed to send out a replacement order to you. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
