We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. It also must meet the requirements stated below. Please note that refunds will only be issued in the form of store credit.

To request a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You can initiate a refund by emailing us at or by completing this contact form. Please provide us with the relevant order details, including your order number, and the reason for your request.

To be eligible for a return, your items must meet the following conditions:

  1. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

  2. Any items being returned must be packaged properly and securely, especially breakables like glass and ceramics. Any items damaged in transit due to improper packing will not be refunded.

  3. We do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons. 

  4.  Any made-to-order or custom made items are non-refundable.

  5. The customer is responsible for paying for the cost of returning goods. 

  6. For international returns, please ensure that the customs declaration is correctly labeled as a return to avoid customs fees. 

DISCLAIMER: We cannot take responsibility for any returned items until we have received them back, therefor we recommend you return all goods using a tracked and signed for service that will cover you for loss. We will not be able to offer a refund in cases where an item is lost/damaged in transit on its way back to us.

DISCLAIMER 2: International returns must have a correctly labeled customs label to be returned, otherwise they may incur customs fees. We are not responsible for these customs fees. In cases where customs fees are incurred and paid by us, they will be deducted from the refund amount.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, refunds will be issued as store credit. Please allow us some time to process your refund after we have received the returned item. The original shipping costs will not be refunded.


You can request to cancel of an order by contacting us via email or using the contact form on our website before your order has been dispatched. Any cancellation requests sent after an order has been dispatched will of course be refused. Any cancelled orders will be refunded to the original payment method.

We may cancel an order (in full or partially) for reasons including shortage or unavailability of certain products or any circumstance where we are unable to fulfil your order. In cases where we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.


Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for our products at this time. If you wish to replace an item, you will need to initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product separately.
